You’ll get a 12-week coaching program, including:

  • Monthly, interactive, virtual sessions with a coach and a fixed group of 6-12 peers.

  • 3 fundamental modules: Feedback and Communication, Time Management & Navigating Office Politics.

  • Network opportunities, a buddy system, real-life exercises.

  • Optional selection of extra modules and 1:1 coaching.

Margo McClimans is the founder and owner of Coaching Without Borders. She coaches executive leaders, managers, teams and other individuals and focuses on fostering courage within leaders.

Louise Koeckhoven is Coach and Content Manager for Coaching Without Borders. She coaches, teams, leaders and individuals and helps individuals and teams understand, voice and use their Strengths.
